In case you haven't noticed, I haven't really been uploading anything lately. That's because I'm rebooting this account. Don't worry, it'll still be page, so you don't have to track down another account to watch.
As you can see, I wiped this entire page clean, which by the way, was really fun thanks to this website not having a mass delete feature, so I gleefully had to delete 500+ deviations individually and go through three dialogue boxes each time. That aside, I want to start this all over.
Looking back at my old artwork, it consisted of, well, lazy effort. Most of the Pokémon fan art I drew was traced, and since I mentally grew up over these past three years, that's not something I want to stoop down to anymore.
As for Steve RPG, I still have plans to make it, but actual development is for after I finish college. For now, I'll still be uploading Steve RPG stuff, but I'm giving the game an artistic reboot. That means all the concepts will be the same for the most part, but the character design will be vastly improved. A lot of the characters were too stiff and looked awkward in their poses, so my friend and I have been experimenting with new looks for them, same with the enemies. There will still be plenty of pun-tastic enemies, but we also want to create enemies that are just basic creatures, like the enemies you would see in Mario games (Goombas, Bob-ombs, etc.).
I'll most likely still be drawing the characters and enemies in Flash since it's be the easiest to work with when it comes to editing, but I'm focusing on making them look a lot more appealing, such as toning down the bright, in-your-face colors and refraining from making almost everything a perfect circle. I'll upload the new character designs in a few days since we're still working on them. Steve, Fieo, Cannon and Spud will still be the main characters, and Anti-Steve will still be the main villain, all with updated designs.
