Why Luvdisc didn't Evolveby ~NicoCW

Here's the story. Game Freak told Luvdisc that they were going to give it an evolution for generation 5, and created Alomomola. Luvdisc was very happy! However, the next morning, when Luvdisc woke up, Game Freak forgot to leave the back door open so Luvdisc could do its business. Feeling desperate, Luvdisc searched for a place to go in the HQ and found a bowl of oatmeal. Thinking that the employee who was going to eat the oatmeal wouldn't notice, Luvdisc took a shit in it. Unfortunately, the employee noticed that he was eating shit after a few spoons and realized that Luvdisc had to have been the culprit because the back door was never open. Because of this, Luvdisc was punished out of evolving into Alomomola, but they kept Alomomola in the game anyway.

when I saw Alomomola I thought it was the evolution of Luvdisc and and when I saw Buffalon
I thought it was the evolution of Tauros

Funny cleft-chinned luvdisc. Makes me wonder what banette, electrode and weepinbell did to deserve not getting evolved forms (or did they now? Forgive me, I'm not too familiar with fifth gen).

Weepinbell evolves into Victreebel, ever since the first gen.

I know that. I was referring to the fact that that's all weepinbell can evolve into, while gloom can evolve into two different pokemon.
